Thought about offal kebabs? Anyone ever tried them?

I don't like offal myself, perhaps as I was brought up on it

but kebabs sounds a great idea. I reckon with some rice but it will be a * to get it to stay on the skewers

Build a makeshift barbie out of bricks and old oven racks as the food will taste better
