free potatoes
« on: August 13, 2009, 11:57 »

had a few things on order from mr. fothergills who have sent me 3 nets carlington seed potatoes by mistake, rang them and they apologised and are sending the correct order out, however they said to keep the potatoes.    Does anyone have any experience of this variety, the leaftlet that came with them said to plant as soon as possible and to cover with fleece when frosty, hadn't planned on doing spuds for Christmas but might as well give them a go  :)
