Goos afternoon everyone, bit nippy out there.
We picked up a box of button mushrooms from the market yesterday (about a bushel)? The chicken carcass stock is underway but I'm not looking forward to having to stand there cutting up squillions of small mushrooms.
Can I cook them whole and zizz them later, or possibly zizz them before chucking them into the stock?

Addendum.
Well, I knuckled down and with the help of the egg slicer I sliced most of them.
