Hi, my names Jen, I've just had the key to my first allotment plot, a 30 x 5 raised bed in Llansamlet, Swansea.
Its a starter plot so i'll spend a year or two there and hopefully move up when a full size plot comes available.
I'm still learning and so far have planted two rubarb crowns, onions, and some fruit bushes in pots. I've started lots of seeds and i'm looking forward to allotment life.
I hope to learn lots from joining you here and if anyone's on the same allotment as me here feel free to say hi!
I have an instgram account to record my triumphs and also record my mistakes, feel free to follow me, my user name is My Welsh Garden Diary.
Jen, (a.k.a Wolfgirl81)

Welcome Jen, I've got a couple of plots, (250sq.m.) in Pontyclun, just below Llantrisant. This is a great forum, friendly and helpful, so if you need any help, search the previous posts or just ask away!
