First Earlie's Taste Results

Now that most of us are digging up our 1st Earlies, how about we post on this thread the variety, yeild and that all important taste your earlies are giving.  

Please put on how long they have been in the ground and what the weather has been like overall in your part of the country. For me.............

Red Duke of York
How long since planting: 12 weeks
Taste: Quite nice but nothing special 6/10
Yield: Good all about the size of large Chicken eggs.
Weather : Fantastic warm sunny April, followed by a very wet and almost cold May.

Lady Chistl
How Long Since planting: 13 weeks
Taste: Simply Divine 9/10
Yield: reasonable tubers the size of small chicken eggs.
Weather: Fantastic warm sunny April, followed by a very wet and almost cold May.

99% Organic and 1% Slug Pellets.

Allotment holder since 27th May 2007.
