last years potatoes

we still have a couple of sacks of last years potatoes although there kept quite well and I keep taking the chits  of them and pealing them a bit deeper than usual they still cook alright but I though i would ask are they are still Ok to eat as a boiled and chip potatoes still because we are not digging our new spuds yet

Yes, they'll be fine as long as they aren't too soft or have gone green.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...
