It was bound to happen with energy costs and inflation being so high.
We'll just have to wait for the sales

Wait for the sales??? With Forum members champing at the bit when a new seed catalogue drops through their letter box? You're havin' a laff!  ;)

I hadn't yet received our commercial Kings seeds catalogue, which we use to buy larger packets or bags of loose seed from which I make up '50p' envelopes for our association. We've done it for quite a few years now.

For some of the seeds, I weigh them out in fractions of grammes, but for other seeds it's a seed count. Beans and courgettes in particular have had to decrease in seed count over recent years in order to continue to make any profit.

At my garden club we take delivery of the Kings seeds catalogue which gives us about a 40% discount on their catalogue to the public, might’ve worth finding somewhere to join ?

Good suggestion - will look into it, thanks. Although we do get 50% off Mr F packeted seeds via our other suppliers (not the full range).
