I can't decide between an Bulldog draw hoe for about £26 or a Spear and Jackson Elements for about £13...

Buy one get one free.   I'd go for the Spear and Jackson.   (Or design and make your own) !     Cheers,     Tony.

Selling both makes of tool where I work, I'd rate Bulldog as the better make, however at home we have a couple of garden tools in the S&J Elements range and they have survived a good eal of hard work and any weather conditions thrown at them, even getting left outside sometimes.
