does anyone make this and have a good recipe?
ive found a few from net searching but would much prefer some 'hands on' advice.

have a look on the 'come dine with me' web site.... one of the guys made his own last week (think they were in herefordshire) and it looked lovely and got great feed back!!!

For a quick sauce I just grate the horseradish into some creme fraiche and add a sweeze of lemen juice.

If I've been taken by the desire to do it properly I have to go and look it up!
