At a guess a cock nice big comb and wattle esp compared to the other, also nice tail feathers dont know if thats anything to do with it ?NO expert tho so only an educated guess.

I'm def not an expert but my guess would be a cockerel, maybe he just hasn't found his crow yet?

Im assuming IT is round about 20-22 weeks, also the other one you can see back of head in 1 pic hasnt come into lay yet, so they could be a bit younger, but if IT finds its crow, IT will have to go, as we live in a built up area
