I am thinking about making Nettle Beer this summer and wondered if anyone has tried it plus if it is a nice drink. Does anyone have a recipe they have tried?

thats a cool link theres an empty lotty next to mine looks like i may be harvesting a few tender nettles this year never  fancied  eating them but there meant to be realy full of vitamins i like the sound of it

they are tasty if you put them in with a soup mix ... also try the tea i have some premade if you want to try some also  you can eat fresh ones as salad  use the top 2 spurs on the tips only  beat them up to stop them stinging
