Sorry to hear the latest Jamima. I had a similar decision to make with my cat not long ago so know how tough it is. I'm  sure you will do what's best for her and give her loads of love while you can.  Sending you both big hugs.

Such a sad time. At least it's possible to end their suffering, even though it is the hardest thing ever. We al know exactly how you feel today  :( xx

Having gone through similar with our elderly cat recently I know you have done the right thing by Lizzie.  It is so painful but you will always have all the memories of the happy times you experienced with Lizzie.  :( xx

Sorry for your loss, it's hard, but if she was suffering, then you have done the best for her.

Your story is similar to that of my first dog, except she was just 2 years old when she spent a whole week going to the vets daily & the last day, 3 times before the vet operated in the early hours, only to find she had a huge growth on the intestines.

At least Lizzie is no longer suffering & can rest in peace after 13 happy years.

Again, sorry for your loss.  :(

We recently lost our dog too, so know what you are suffering, ours was 13 years old and we knew that her quality of life was  not right. We are not, work wise,. in a position to get a new one and really miss the welcome home that we used to get!  Thinking of you.

Sorry to hear about Lizzie. It is probably too painful now but you have lots of memories to look back on and gave her a wonderful life.
