Title: Romanesco help?

Some of my romanesco heads look a bit like purple sprouting! ???
The one on the left looks fairly normal but most have started out purple like the one on the right. Are they trying to bolt?

I don't think so, but it does look like purple broccoli/cauliflower rather than romanesco :(
