I have just bought 3 little lambs...am I mad?

lucky you, I would love the space to raise lambs (my favourite meat  ), don't know much about keeping them apart from docking their tails to help prevent flystrike (unless you live in a very cold and windy wild place in which case lave their tails on) and that they need dipping and shearing.
