Title: Apple tree looking sick

We planted this apple tree a Charlotte in the ground last year it is a pot variety but we thought it would look good in our mini orchard. It was good last year with a fruit as well but thus year after feeding and a winter wash none of my fruit trees seem to be doing that well. This one is the worst one. Does anyone know what might bec wrong with it and us there anything we can do to help it recover.

looks like apple scab to me, spray it with fungicide.

Thanks guys, it looks like every leaf has been infected would it not be better to strip the tree of all it's leaves and fruit for this year and spray the trunk or is that too harsh  :mellow:

too harsh, the fruit may not be perfect but if u spray it at least you will have something.and spraying it will enable the leaves to photothingy better and increase the health of the tree.
the fruit in the picture dont look too bad, if you get on top of the scab you could quite easily get a good harvest here.
