Weeds on the veg patch

Since I came back from my holiday my garden veg patch has grown a blanket of small weeds over nearly the whole area.  Because my plants are very small it makes identifying what is a weed and what is a plant very dificult.  Will it be ok to wait until I can clealy see what is veg and what is weed before weeding?  Also I have my fairly close together which makes weeding even more difficult 

If you wait then it's likely that the weeds will overwhelm your seedlings and you'll never see them. Assuming you sowed in a straight line, try putting the line back in place and using this as a guide to hoe and then hand weed near to the line where you should be able to identify your line of seedlings. Better be quick by the sounds of it.
