Today I became an allotment owner! - its bigger than I thought and I've inherited a shed and a greenhouse as well as several water buts, compost bins and variety of fruit bushes.  Quite daunting because I have everything I need except any knowledge whatsoever

Welcome and as Mum says a great time to be planning & clearing, if it’s not too wet, stay off the soil if it is, does lots of damage. Sounds like you’ve got lots with it which is great, clear the shed & greenhouse first & then you can shelter & or play in there

Hi from just down the road….Eccleshall.  You’re very lucky to get, shed, greenhouse etc.  Best advice I was given on getting an allotment was don’t try to do too much at once.  When in doubt don’t be too afraid to ask the question.
