I'm attempting to make the Mead from Skyrim (Vilods). I've used 2 pounds of Gower Honey, 2 tbs of crushed dried juniper berries, 1 tsp of yarrow an 1 tbs of dried hibiscus.Topped up my demijohn with water after adding the yeasts and yeast nutrient. It's been 24 hrs an it's bubbling away a treat. This is only the second time I've made mead an the 1st was really nice but a very basic recipe. Fingers crossed!
