Very sunny out but there's a strong breeze making it feel a lot cooler. Met office saying temps will drop from Wednesday onwards, even the possibility of rain!

Still scorchio, but forecast is for big change by Thursday - so making the most of it while I can

I thought the change was coming tomorrow, bring it on, at least then my hay fever might abate.  I am on maximum dosage at the moment and can  only just about cope.  I can't have the tablets as they all contain lactose which I'm intolerent to so have to have the children's syrup instead.

For here - tomorrow is light cloud max 18C But Thursday is cloudy with a 60% chance of rain and down to 12C by lunchtime

Dry, I think I felt a couple of spots of rain first thing  though in hindsight it could have been a sparrow spitting at me.

I think we had proper rain over night. It was still dripping and spitting at 9am so I retired to the armchair with  a book to find that it has just stayed grey and dull when I should have been planting broccoli and broad beans.
