Evening all

I posted a topic recently asking if it was possible for a hen to lay 2 eggs in one day, I found out it was.  Since then one of my girls is doing it more and more often.  I'll go down in the morning and there's normally one egg then when I go down mid day there is another 4.  How is she doing this?  It wont upset her will it, I don't know why but I've got it in my head that it will be stressful for her.

Hens generally stop laying if they get stressed so your girl must be very contented.  Dont worry, after all you will find it a hard to stop her.

She is maybe laying one in the evening and then again in the morning, still very quick tho!

That is possible but as you say its very quick.
