for some strange reason i bought some fromage frais (plain) wondered what to use it for ?
anyone got any good ideas ?

Goes well with fruit

I use it in place of cream when I make chicken dishes with a sauce.

I make cheesecake with mine!

have it with granola and fruit for breakfast, or make a fruit smoothie with it.

erm, its still in the fridge :blush: ahem, wont be buying it again unless i have plans tod do something with it................ feeling guility i didnt use it :wub:, but it came in a very ahndy container so wont chuck that out ;)
note to self - stop random purchases of food i am not sure about :wacko:
but thanks for all the ideas, there were some nice ones, but not been on the pc for a good few days as had much hectiness, so think its probably gone orf by now - scared to look inside cas its furry :lol:

generally fromage frais keeps for ages. Its good with chopped herbs, mint,chives ,bit of squashed garlic and then used as a dip.
