Title: The Daily Naughty

I don't know what has gotten into my hens lately, but every day is a new little naughty adventure.  Yesterday Tilly climbed on top of the hen house and into our bedroom window.  Today I could see a regular rugby match going on and it turned out that Repecka had a dead baby bird  :ohmy: in her beak.  I finally got it off of her and ten minutes later, Tilly had a lasher in her beak and the whole process started all over again.   :mad:  Now they are serenely laying under the Yew bush, fast asleep.  Probably needed rest after all their adventures this morning.  ::)

They are characters aren't they. As a child I used to spend hours watching the chickens on the farm. Now doing the same, 40 odd years later. Just goes to show how much we miss as humans when we treat our animals like factory commodities.

You are so right!  They just seem to be getting up to no good this week on a daily basis.  Geesh!  Full of beans! :nowink:
