Yummy experiment

Had some left over brioche and a handful of raspberries, so made a raspberry brioche pudding, like a bread & butter pud with brioche instead. Next time I might add a little raspberry jam to the brioche or possibly some plain chocolate. Kids wolfed it down and asked for more  :ohmy:

not made it with raspberries (will do now with some plain chocolate chunks) but have often used brioch with sultanas, orange rind and a spot of marmalade to make my bread of butter puddings - the brioch makes a real lovely rich pudding  :)
