old briggs and stratton 3hp engine jockey pulley

Hi help needed

i have an old briggs and stratton 3hp engine which i need to get the drive pulley off to put on another one im putting on my landmaster 100
can anyone tell me how to do that i have undone the grub screws but it just wont move any ideas

I would get a 3 legged puller on it as it may have a keyway and key to line it up, a drop of penetrating oil wont harm either (at a pinch wd 40 or a very thin oil such as sewing machine oil will help too

there shouldnt be, but it could be a tight fit, and rust is a very persuasive glue.
I once had a brake disc that wouldnt budge, I put the puller on it and even that didnt work. I tightened it as tight as I could, sprayed penetrating oil on it, then left it overnight, when I looked in the morning it was off.

THANKS ALL DONE

engine now mounted back onto my landmaster 100 the only problem i have now is that it starts fine but under load it is not very happy and loses power any ideas
