Title: Teeny tiny daff's
Post by: Kleftiwallah on August 09, 2020, 13:43
Not being a flower person, (although I did have a yellow silk shirt in the late sixties), for quite a few years now a bunch of leaves have been growing in a veggie bed totally unkept, I just let it grow, multiplying in size and finally there was a flower.  A very tiny daffodilly looking flower, now I know the type of plant I should like to transfer somewhere more suitable.

I did hear that Daffodills will not flower if planted too shallow, is this true and at what depth should I plant the bulbs?

Cheers,    Tony.

I love daffs.

Twice the depth of the bulb.
