Pork chops as they were reduced and a bargain, plus plot spuds, vegetable spaghetti squash and chard.

Fish cakes, spinach and peas.  Followed by sticky toffee pudding (trashco and VERY reduced).

I made a fruity bun round, earlier which I've been scoffing, so think just an omelette for tea, with a few salad bits.

As long as it had baked beans and lots of grated cheese to accompany it

Yesterday was battered cod fillets, oven chips and frozen peas.  Chucking a baking tray in the oven was about my limit

Today it is going to be curry themed, but a bit of a mash-up.  I’m doing a tray bake of chicken legs, sweet potato and hg giant onion wedges with spices, pilau rice, a spinach and yogurt side dish and poppadoms.

Errrrmmm  It was still in the microwave this morning  ::) Here's the "ed" that I CBA to type yesterday too   :nowink: I have the feeling I need to buy yet another keyboard, either that or new fingers.

Tonight, I have a test item. A can of "hot lamb curry" from M&S, it wasn't cheap either. I know, I know - curry in a can  .... but you never really know for sure until you try it. Basmarti to bulk it out.

It's considerably better than my excuse that the day has a "y" in it  :D I'd take it easy for a few days MoS, let everything settle, public transport has the same effect on me  ;)

Well the curry in a can was as expected. Blueghh, and still repeating on me this morning.

The leftover the rice tonight with either some breaded haddock or a chicken kiev, I need to eat something from the green food group today too.

Has to be orange food here today in celebration of Halloween, so I am planning roasted pumpkin soup with crispy bacon croutons, plus cheese on toast.

I have roasted my plot pumpkin in wedges already and have sourdough bread dough made and rising  :)
