Oh Mrs B - emotional baggage!

WildW - speaking of social class - when they visit my customers opt for earl grey tea and but mega posh ones all prefer PG tips!

Speaking of posh food, scrambled eggs are very nice with spring onion and smoked salmon mixed in.  Had it as a starter once and now its a treat spead onto toast. Spead a bit and bite - keeps the toast nice and crisp!

What does that make me?  I love earl grey and lady grey tea, normal tea leaves a strong taste in my mouth which I don't like.  I do like some blends of Yorkshire tea but not very strong and a dash of milk.

Agree about the planning, leave it too late and it comes up and bites you on the derriere, and you end up more frazzled  than overcooked roasties.

Its a forum tradition that you are not allowed to mention the dreaded word on here before December or the mods get twitchy and eventually send you to the norty step if you keep transgressing ....... or even worse Auntie's cellar    Hence references to special days, mid winter festivals and winterval so we can all plead innocence

Perfume i'm talking about! I bought a packet once of twyings earl grey but didnt like it.

Oh no, you're quite right. I wouldn't think perfume tastes too good.  I don't like Earl Grey tea either.
