Some kind of disease, looks like orange spots, is this rust? how do I get rid of it thanks

Yes, looks very much like rust to me, and rather earlier in the year than usually seen.

Is it a hollyhock? If so, they are particularly prone to rust.

Some advice HERE from the RHS, including a timetable for the withdrawal of some well-known fungicides for amateur use which some people might also find useful (in the wrong way, but you know what I mean hopefully.)

Certainly a good idea to remove the worst affected leaves, including the ones which seem to be on the ground - they won't be helping overall airflow.
