Is the difference between making elderflower champagne and elderflower wine just in the different yeasts used or is there a whole different way of making champagne?

Also is tartaric acid and citric acid the same thing?

Champagne is made in a whole different method (strong bottles, wired corks).

Cheers WG, was in the home brew shop the other day buying yeast for elderflower wine, and three were on offer bordeux, saunt (cant remember that one) and champage.  And I thought Oooh champagne sounds nice, but guessed it was a different method.  Will try that when more experienced I think!!  This forum is really great when you havent got a clue about something and along comes someone with their wisdom.  Magic!!
