leafroll virus

i think one of my potato plants has leafroll virus.but its only 1 plant and on 1 stem of it.
would just cutting off the affected stem control it?

Not being an expert on leafroll virus, but if it were me, I'd rip the whole plant out and burn it.

If it is leaf roll virus then remove the whole plant and the potatoes so it can't be spread any further.
