thanks Annen. I missed Chelsea tonight, have been following it. Never been but would love to go sometime. Googling plant now for details, it grows close or adjacent to water. It looks stunning when growing in masses.

Just noticed a couple of these around the plot today thinking they were particularly pretty weeds. It looks like one may have been purposely placed in a border. The others were in amongst other weeds on the yet to be cultivated area. I take it they self seed quite easily then.
