Why are my cauliflower seedlings looking as if they are dying?

I have sown cauliflower all-year-round seedlings and they are now in single cells for growing on. They were looking really healthy and now, all of a sudden, the seedleaves (I think that is what they are called) are curling and looking as if they are dying off. The next set of leaves are not too bad in some cases, but others don't look that great. They are in a cool room where there is plenty of light but not in direct sun. It isn't damping off, I know what that looks like.
Any ideas?
I have my own cement mixer and not afraid to use it!!

Seed leaves will die off, but this seems a bit soon.

Even a cool room to us, could be too warm for brassicas and a bright room to us may not be bright to them.

A photo would help.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

Will upload a pic if I knew how to.  :(
I would put them in the greenhouse but the weather is forecast to drop to 0 over the weekend so won't that be too cold? I have fleece that I could put over them at night and remove during the day.

Brassicas are very hardy, they can even be sown outside about now.

They hate heat and growing them indoors will weaken them.

Task for today - banish them to the greenhouse.
Thanks for the advice   :)
