Hi all'
     Just come back from my sister in laws lotty , as she asked my advice on her runner and french beans the lower leaves seem to have small white pox like blisters all over them and there very yellow worst on the back than the front , although growing well look for any crawlies does not seem to be any  :?:  :? jan

they need feeding ....chuck some growmore down and water well every other day . a little ( table spoon full )sulphate of ammonia in a can of water will bring them back to life for now

                   She said she gave them chicken manure about a week ago.i said prehaps potash but i've never seen these blisters before jan

was it fresh manure?

no :?  she did a  trench as normal but its not just her on there plot other people seem to have it not a much as her , sorry she used chicken pellets, i thought as it was only the lower leaves prehaps she should cut them of and bag them just in case, maybe are go tommorow and take a photo jan

that may help   , runners need a lot of water and feeding

         just came back from the sister in law's to late she cut of all leaves, she emailed wisley and they seem to think its a type of rust, she grew chrysanthemums in the same place last year Thank you for allowing me to pick your brains   jan
