I've just troughed my first carrots, and blooming lovely they were too - started in the greenhouse in February and grown in a trough (moved outside in May), they are Rocket F1, and while only small, they are fabulous! makes up for having to resow all my maincroppers due to slug damage. So I am very, very happy :D

Just had our first lot of carrots this week too, for our first year at this we seem to be doing okay up to present (better than I thought), we've made one or two mistakes but we've learnt from them.
