I have no experience with this company but I just wanted to wish you luck 
I will just add that many companies can be a little generous in their estimation of how mny chickens will fit in the house so watch out for that.

this is the coop i bought allmost identical with the measurements looks and it comes treated not bare wood as it looks in the pic they sent it too me the day i paid and was with me 2 days from payment so cant fault that ,its flat pack and up in no time and for the price i was made up with it, i realy dont think its suitable for more than 5 birds iv got 3 large in mine unless you are having little ones
on a bad note the roof is screwed on but you can alter that so it just lifts on and off or clips on to make the big clean a bit easier.
