Welcome to a whole new world!!! It's hard to resist dancing around the plot shouting "Mine - all mine!!!!!!!!!!!", isn't it?

A lovely plot you got there! Lucky you! Still not too late for runners and courgettes...also winter veggies like cabbages and sprouts. I remember getting mine late June and still managed a good crop of runner beans and courgettes. Have fun.

You can boil water  in a pan . Where abouts are you? Put it in your profile & it will appear under your name on every post,someone maybe near you & have plants to share.

Spent our first real day on the plot today, met our plot neighbour who didn't say a lot but I got the impression he thought "here comes another lot, let's see how long these ones last". Lots of other friendly plot holders went past most in cars nodding or smiling as they went but a few stopped to say hello and offer a few friendly words of advice.

We spent about 4-5 hours up there in the lovely sunshine, I was very grateful to our little camping stove which kept us supplied in tea but I really must take some food next time.

Here's a few photos of what we managed to get done. We also cleared a path to the shed and potting shed/greenhouse but I forgot to take a photo of that.
