So my two are 16 weeks not and I was pretty sure we have a girl and a boy but today I have noticed a curly tail on the white chick and am now wondering if it is a boy as well





I am pretty sure the bantams a boy, and a good looking boy at that!

Any ideas?

You could be right, its wattles do look quite big.  The cockerels I had earlier in the year developed at different rates as in the pecking order.  When I dispatched 2 the next 2 started to crow!

It could explain the odd noises the white chick is making, sounds like a duck!  Damn I need to go on a dispatching course!
Will give it a few more weeks before I try it give them away I guess.

At the moment the bantam is bust chasing all the robins in the garden! Typical boy!!
