Laying from the perch

I have six healthy hens all laying well but two of them regularly lay from the perch,  before I open the door each morning. I can't tell which ones but have my suspicions ! I tied a net underneath the perch for a few nights  which caught the eggs but obviously also caught the poo too . I do try to open as early as possible. Any advice greatly appreciated.
