Help, my new layer has laid a hooooge one!

Henny Penny only started laying this week. And today an enormous double yolker. It had blood on it so i can only imagine she injured herself laying it. Do i need to do anything for her?

no worry not its normal for a litle blood to pass with the egg unless she splits her oviduct completly and this would soon show . one of ours hens layed an egg last week i kid you not of 4 .1/2 ounces the size of a goose egg and we have stil got the same number of eggs daily ...
