We have managed to re-open with a limited inventory that we can manage to ship promptly with the limited staff we have working.

Sundries - Peat pellets / labels

We are just finalising a lease on additional warehouse space which will allow us to maintain full social distancing for the safety of our staff. As soon as this is running (hopefully 7-14 days) we can get all our staff back at work and will be able to start offering our full range again.

This morning I've had e-mails from most of the seed companies I've bought from, over the last couple of years, to say that their on-line seed sales are now up and running again

I'm not getting too over-excited.

Their seeds (other than tapes) are restricted to pictorial packets - which currently is three varieties of radish! But it's a start.

It seems quite a few of the seed companies are happy to take orders, but they are taking a very long time to get them out.  I ordered from Marshalls, well before the lockdown, and still haven't received my seeds. I was told they were posted late last week, but still nothing.  In the meantime I ordered from Suttons as they promised fasttrack on a lot of seeds and said they were in stock and would be sent in 3 to 5 days.  It's over 2 weeks now and still no postage notification.  Personally, I think they should have done like premier seeds did initially and stop taking orders to deal with the high demand, then open up later.
