what a shame, I would write to the company sending a picture if you can (or describing it if not) they may refund your money.  If not it will compost, but expensive way of making compost!
3 dogs, 8 chickens, 4 rabbits 2 guinea pigs, 10 quail, 2 fish and a demanding daughter who has gone to uni and left me with 29 animals to care for!!=)

Go back to where you bought it from, with a sample / the bag.  Ask for a refund as the product is clearly not 'fit for purpose'.

Good luck  :)

P.S. Please could you avoid using the Caps Lock key in future, it's really hard to read and in internet 'etiquette' it's considered to be shouting  :)
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

Take it all back of course!

It may seem to be a small problem, but you paid a few quid to get the stuff, and it's clearly not fit for purpose!

Don't worry about telling them straight, they've got to listen and give you a refund or a replacement! Go for it!
