Sooooo many to choose from. But I do love In the bleak mid winter, the Christina Rossetti version.

Chris Addison is a comedian I follow on Tw!!!tter. Every year, on each day of advent, he posts a different festive piece of music / carol. Often international, generally classical rather than pop. It's a lovely exploration into short pieces of music I wouldn't otherwise hear.
