having run out of the present crop of peas are there any I can put in now which will give a quick crop?
i do have a poly tunnel that i can put them in if needs be!

Its not too late to plant peas, especially in a polytunnel - choose something early like Kelvedor-Wonder.

Plant an early variety like Kelvedon Wonder. There is time.
Oh - did I mention the high risk of mildew?

There is a high risk of mildew, but look for early peas as already said. I also grow KW and put some in about 3 weeks ago, but grew Hurst Greenshaft last year that succumbed. Hope my KW wont this year

Maybe silly question but how can you tell you have mildew?
we put peas in a week ago and would like to know what to look out for,when they come up that is!!!
