Title: Japanese Quince

I have one of these trained along my garage wall .It flowered in profusion this year ,and has also set a mass of fruit !
Could I use these for Quince Jelly ?

It's a spicier flavour than the big quinces - really tasty!

The smell of it cooking is gorgeous too ...  :)
