Title: Felley Priory Garden
Post by: oakridge on February 27, 2016, 09:55
In a cold wind yesterday we visited Felley Priory Garden which is about 1 1 mile from M1,J27, but our spirits were lifted and we forgot the cold.  The gardens were immaculate and very, very interesting.  The plant sales had a great variety also in perfect condition, we bought about a dozen pots.  We were going to buy a couple of Trilium plants but the lady was not convinced that any of the pots were viable so would not sell them to us - not many places would have done that.  The tea rooms were wonderful with china cups and saucers.

I hope this is the right place for this, but we were so impressed that I want to sing its praises.
