Popped into my local one today, basically everything 20% off at the moment, on top of any offers so my best bargain was 3 bags of dog food for £20!

All gardening stuff was 20% off, however some bits are priced down but not marked. I picked up one of those seed kits with little propagators and 4 different packets of seeds at what I thought was £1.20 to try out peppers next year, when I got to the counter the nice gent told me they were in fact now 40p with the discount!
My son loves them and at 10p a packet of seeds I thought cant go far wrong and went back and brought another 7 of all different varieties ! Made him a very happy son as one of them contains watermelon which he has been desperate to grow (who knows where they will go!) and at that price he can really enjoy and do what he wants with them planting and watering wise!

Was chatting to the staff who served me, surprisingly upbeat given the circumstances, he said that they were staying open until all the stock was gone and that they would just increase the discounts as stock got lower but no definite timescale to the closure.

I didn't realise it was closing down until I went in. I had read that someone bought them out but perhaps they backed out in the end?  
On the up side I got some plastic corrigated roofing for the chicken run in there for just £12.24.

Apparently Wickes and BNQ have brought a few of the stores but bulk are to go

There were still some bits and pieces left in the Huntingdon store yesterday, but the shelves are emptying.  I bought my years supply of miracle-gro and gardening gloves.  Nothing much left in the way of plants though.

now 70% off as they close Monday 20th, my local one didn't have a great deal left tbh, but got quite a few packs of seeds and some fence paint so was worth the journey.
