What To Do With Mushroom Grains?

Morning Fellow Growers

Just been looking through the seeds on Fothergills and noticed they sell button mushroom grains to gro button mushrooms, I have no idea though what I would need to do with them, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Have you tried looking at the pdf their site links to?
