Does anyone have any recipes for making their own pop / cordials please?

Did you catch Mary Berry last night? She gave a recipe for elderflower cordial which I think was 1 large lemon, sliced, 5 heads of elderflower and sugar syrup (1.5kg? Of sugar) and left it to steep overnight.

Could be wrong on measurements though!

No probs.I was a bit off with my measurements!

I also have a book somewhere with cordials in… If I manage to find it then I'll post a few. I think that they were just part of a normal cook book.
