I have got home and the herd number has arrived today (it has taken two weeks!!!) so tomorrow I will be sending off for tags and then once they arrive I will tag and then call the abattoir. So guessing end of next week or week after.  Fingers crossed.

C'mon Ruff, get yer finger out.  I just spent the afternoon chopping our oinker into small pieces for turning into sausages.  The other one was spit roast a couple of weeks ago.  Mmmmmmmmm, crackling.

Actually, I bought them some tinned sweetcorn for tonights treat and I cooked pasta for them yesterday.
