Broad beans

Hi All
Whilst in spain I had some broad beans that were in a packet similar to how salted peanuts are sold. Does any one know how to do this to B beans. They were a delicious snack. Does any one know what i am on about? :shock:

Yes I've\had them in... Greece I thnk. They are great ! I've no idea how to make them though .

Thanks for the replies. I did try roasting them but it didnt work. However I did not cut around the shape with ring around it,thats were I went WRONG :oops:
